Can I order sample before I place an order?

Due to the nature of the offprice business, the quantities are limited and demand are extremely high. Our inventory is constantly changing, therefore, we do not allow purchase of sample for any product.

Do you have a store or showroom?

We are an online wholesale apparel company with storage facilities in California, USA and Manila, Philippines but not open to vendors or public. We are considering the possibility of setting up a showroom in the near future.

Can I return the products for a refund?

We do not refund money for any reasons and we do not accept returns, unless the items are damaged. In this case, the customer must notify us within 5 days of receipt of order.

Is it possible to mix products?

Products can only be mixed when indicated on the product information.
